You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Pozse. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Pozse is a fashion commerce platform that enables users to discover fashion products through short-form video content, purchase products from participating sellers, and access product verification services through independent vetting agents where available.

Pozse is not the manufacturer of products sold by third-party sellers and does not guarantee the quality, legality, or safety of products unless explicitly verified through a Pozse verification service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

Purchases made through Pozse may be processed directly by Pozse or by third-party payment providers.

For transactions that include Pozse verification, payment may be held until the applicable verification and fulfillment process has been completed in accordance with our policies.

Pozse may provide seller vetting and product verification services through independent offline agents.

Verification indicates that a product has been inspected according to Pozse's verification procedures. Verification does not constitute a warranty or guarantee that a product is free from all defects or future issues.

Pozse reserves the right to suspend, remove, or downgrade seller trust scores where fraud, misrepresentation, repeated disputes, or policy violations are identified.

Users may upload videos, images, comments, reviews, and other content.

You retain ownership of your content but grant Pozse a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and promote your content in connection with operating and marketing the Platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any law or the rights of others.

You agree not to:

• Commit fraud or misrepresent products.
• Upload counterfeit or illegal products.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.
• Attempt to manipulate ratings, reviews, or trust scores.

Returns, refunds, and disputes are governed by Pozse's applicable return and dispute policies.

For verified transactions, Pozse may investigate disputes using verification records, delivery confirmations, seller history, and other available evidence.

The Pozse name, logo, trademarks, software, and platform design are the property of Pozse and may not be used without prior written permission.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”

Pozse does not guarantee uninterrupted service, product availability, or that all transactions will be completed successfully.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pozse shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Platform or transactions conducted through it.

Pozse may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
